Joeonna Bellarado-Samuels is the founder of We Buy Gold.

Joeonna began her professional career in Washington as a lobbyist. She later changed direction and opted to go to art school instead of Law school. She studied photography and photo based media. During this time period in her life she also worked as an intern at the Studio museum in Harlem. Joeonna worked in collaboration with emerging artists, her focus began to shift from just making art to advocating for it.
