This is mostly for me, but these are the things you do with fair use images that shouldn't be on Wikipedia.
Images that can be replaced
[edit]Template:Replaceable fair use should be used, but not directly. Remove the image from the article and add this code to the image page:
{{subst:rfu}}
After adding this, add this to the uploader's talk page, without a section heading, because the template automatically adds one:
{{subst:replaceable|Replaceable fair use}} ~~~~
No rationale
[edit]
{{subst:nrd}}
After adding this, go to the uploader's talk page and add this:
{{subst:di-no fair use rationale-notice|Di-no fair use rationale}} ~~~~
Or you can copy the code directly from the template so the image name is already there.
Then add the {{deletable image-caption|Saturday, 7 July 2007}} template given to the article that is using the image. Either that, or be bold and remove the image from the article completely.
No source
[edit]Add this if they fail to cite the proper source of the image.
{{subst:nsd}}
Add all three if you want!
Bad rationale
[edit]Non-free images must have a decent rationale. If it doesn't, please add this speedy deletion notice:
{{subst:dfu|bad rationale}}
After adding this, go to the uploader's talk page and add this:
{{subst:no fair|Image:xxx.xxx}} ~~~~
Or you can copy the code directly from the template so the image name is already there.
