Axel Farden Mulya Putra (born 12 August, 2003) known mononymously as Axel Farden is an Indonesian singer-songwriter.

Early Life

Axel Farden is a singer-songwriter, and a music producer from Jakarta, Indonesia. He wrote, produced, arranged, and mixed his own written songs. The name Axel Farden grew in a band called Radja Cilik (Indonesian Pop-Rock Kids Band). Axel Farden is the ex-lead vocalist of the band and he is the first son of Moldy Radja who was familiar with the industry of music in Indonesia, his mother is Fitry Larassaty also known as Putri Dancing is an Influencer, Axel has two younger brothers, Naufal Radja and Aidelha Aldo. Axel had an early love for singing and performing at the age of 5 years old and started his career at a young age and he began to explore the world of music since he was joined the band. At the age of 17, Axel started his solo career and find his true passion to the music he choose. He writes some songs to express his feelings and shares with the listeners about what he’s been through with.

Career

His career begins when he was at a young age and joined a band called Radja Cilik managed by his father. His solo career started and grew the name of Axel Farden when he was 16 years old released his debut single called "Sama Dia" (2019) written by his father Moldy Radja. When Axel was 17 years old he released his 2nd single called "You" (2020) written by Delta and his father Moldy Radja. Not long after he released his 2nd single he began to try and write his own songs and lyrics, "Fly Away" was the first song that he wrote. At 2021 he released his first fresh song of his own called "Breathe" (2021) the song is about a feeling of to be able to feel alive again. After the release of "Breathe" several months later Axel released his next experimental single with the element of R&B/Soul called "Hazy" (2021) the song is about a feeling of a pain that uncontrollably turns into anger, Axel produced and mixed this song all by himself. A year after the release of "Hazy" Axel continues to create more and he did created more songs, "the creativity of Axel Farden is gorgeously unexpected." some of his friends and families said that. "About You" (2022) is a song written by Axel Farden himself, the song is about a vision of a complicated relationship. The single "About You" hit 34.859 all-time streams on Spotify. In 25 August, 2022 he released his debut album called "This Isn't Love" (2022) the album hit 139,709 all-time streams just in a few weeks. "This Isn't Love" was about Axel's journey about his last relationship which was very painful for him to tell and write about it, "I wanna say thanks to all the people that supported me and to all the people back there that helped me through all the bad phases and for now i’m feeling grateful for what I have for what I’ve been through with and for more further I hope you guys will still be here with me and supporting me out. for all my friends, families, brothers, and sisters I want you guys to think of this album as a gift from me to all of you and once again massive thank you." said Axel. "These Feelings" (2023) was the newest song that Axel Farden wrote, the song is about a feelings for love that Axel can’t reach because of “it was just a dream.” as he said. In this song he explains that he’s in love with a city that he dreamed of but he said that this song could be a feeling too for a girl that he dreamed to be with, so Axel made this song with plenty of feelings and meanings inside it that’s why this song was quite complicated to understand. And also this song has a poetry written by Axel Farden and Lana Del Rey unexpectedly. The poetry was about a dream, love, and nightmare it was all connected to the song’s core.
