Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
The article does a good job at describing the history and terminology of Drag kings.
I like your sandbox draft where you rephrase certain parts of the article. It makes it sound less bias and more direct to the point.
I would recommend doing the same as you did before where you rephrase the article with the rest of the history body. The article has a good amount of information but could be rephrased as you were doing to be more professional. For example the part under history that states "Recently,[when?] drag kings have started to play a slightly more visible role in the LGBT community. Sleek Magazine described this renaissance of drag king culture in a 2019 article titled "What's behind the drag king revolution?" could be changed to state when the article referenced the statement. Rather than the usage of the word "recently".
Other than that the article looks good. I would recommend just making changes that are discussed in the talk page. For example, in the talk page one of the suggestions is to add modern drag kings. This could be a good thing to add to the article as it does lack current drag king references. Overall the article seems relevant and neutral. You are definitely on the right track.
