A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.

The article is well written and gives a wide description of the topic. Introducing the definition of what an Urban Climate Shelter was in the beginning allows the reader to fully understand what the whole premise of their paper surrounds. They specifically related it to Barcelona and Spain. Integrated Citations are in place which allows for easy reference to the source where they derived their information from. Integrated the use of maps and images will further emphasis on their points and concluding their article with the upcoming development section that is blank right now will end the paper nicely.
