1490 Biscayne Boulevard was a proposed skyscraper to be built on a 2.69 acre site located at 1490 Biscayne Boulevard on the north side of Downtown Miami.[1] At it's proposed height of 744 feet (227 m) 226.8 meters with 73 floors[2], it would have been one of the tallest buildings in Miami upon completion, and would have had more floors than any other building. As of 2016, under construction Panorama Tower is taller at over 850 feet (260 m) and 80 floors.
