F. Brett Denny
I am a bedrock geologist with the Illinois State Geological Survey.
My research interests are economic geology including coal geology, geologic mapping, and ultramafic igenous rocks of Southeastern Illinois (Hicks Dome cryptovolcanic complex).

M.S. Geology (2005), Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. Thesis investigates regional tectonics and related igenous dike that intrudes through coal seams in Illinois and Kentucky.
