Greetings! I'm a computer science student in the states, and I've long been interested in the idea of open-source, where a community can work together to create something great. I see Wikipedia as a perfect example of this, and also a place for me to sharpen my academic writing skills while learning (my favorite hobby) and sharing knowledge with the world. I chose the name BLu because I like the color blue and bLu looks kinda like a face (the b and u are eyes while the L forms a sharp nose). Wikipedia seems to automatically capitalize the first letter, so now I'm BLu!

I've joined this community October 17th, 2016, so I'm still kinda new at this and appreciate any help I can get!
