THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS!

I am willing to accept new coachees that meet the following guidelines:

1. Should have at least 2000-2500 edits (4500 if your primary involvement is vandal fighting.)
2. Should have at least 200 edits in each of the past four months (500 if your primary involvement is vandal fighting. )
3. Should have a clean record for the past 4 months and no history of vandalism for at least 10 months.
4. Generally I am looking for somebody who is at most 1-2 months away from becoming an admin. (I will consider somebody who is 3 months away, but generally, I'm looking 1-2 months.)

My general expectations:

1. I will almost always ask you to increase your participation in XfD's. XfD's are generally considered to be the best way to gauge how a prospective candidate will behave as an admin.
2. Unless you have a lot of article writing experience, I will ask you to work on articles.
3. That upon completion of the Coaching that you will run for RfA in a reasonable amount of time.
4. That you will NOT run for RfA, until our coach/coachee relation ends or until I say you are ready.
5. While I would prefer to be your nominator, it is not required. I am also willing to have co-noms if there is somebody else you'd like.
