J.A. Werth

Joshua Aaron Werth, Born April 22 1981. Also known as J.A. Werth as his alias. Werth is an American Author of "The Great Kingdoms" series. Werth graduated from Campus High School of Haysville, KS in 1999. He has one older brother, two younger brothers and a younger sister. He married his wife (Tiffany Werth) in April of 2006, and they have 2 boys together. Carson is the oldest of the two born in Feb of 2006 and Caleb was born in 2007. Werth currently resides in a suburb of Wichita, Kansas. in the small town of Haysville, Ks. He started writing short stories when he was young and continued to explore idea after idea for each of his books, but it wasn’t until 2006 when he came up with the idea for The Great Kingdoms series. Only one book is currently avaliable but the second book in the series is due out in April 2010 followed by the close-nit third book in the series by Christmas 2010.

The Great Kingdoms

IN A TIME WHERE MAN & MAGIC LIVED ON THE EDGE OF PEACE… A WISH WAS MADE… A CHILD WAS BORN! King Edward and Queen Maria of the Western Kingdom have always wanted to have a child but are unable to conceive normally. When they helped an old wizard in trouble, he grants them a wish in gratitude for their kindness. With his help and a forbidden spell, Princess Hayden was born. Her hair is golden-blonde and never grows longer than beneath her chin, and if the magic is not removed from Hayden by her sixteenth birthday, she with age with the magical world, much, much slower. Then on her fifteenth birthday, everything changes when she discovers the unusual circumstance of her birth. In time Hayden befriends two boys her age from nearby feuding kingdoms. Now in the darkest hour, before her sixteenth birthday, and with the help of her new friends, Hayden takes matters into her own hands with unpredictable results. Hayden has to travel into the World of magic to find the wizard that created her. Can something be done to undo the spell? Will the feuding kingdoms set aside their differences to save the ones they love? For in the world of magic and The Great Kingdoms, anything can happen!
