About me

My name is Jay I grew up in a little town about 80 miles north of Memphis called Dyersburg. I first visited wikipedia about 2005. I am an avid watcher of movies and love to play video games. I love music almost as much as my family. One of my favorite movies is The Shawshank Redemption as well as The Big Lebowski. I love to play video games, mostly the Madden NFL series. Some of my favorite shows include Malcolm in the Middle, and my favorite King Of The Hill.

I am a huge history person. My hobby is to work on PC's.

I am currently in the process of writing a pun file that I would like to publish at some time (I call it my "Laughter Thoughts"). That is about all that there is to say right now. If you have any questions contact me.

I am beginning (late 2016 onwards) to watch every film that has either won or been nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award. They only count if I've rated it in IMDB. Feel free to check my ratings (link below under movies I like heading) against the Wikipedia article on Best Picture winners. Will post updates as I finish a ceremony and the list. Stay tuned......

I am also starting to watch several television shows from start to finish I am creating a new heading for my Academy Award and tv completions.

I am a former line cook for a major Southern themed chain restaurant.
