Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Lead: This draft currently does not have a lead section, so make sure to go back and add to/create one for the article.
Content: The content seemed relevant and most of the sources were up to date. However, some sentences could be reworded and reorganized to preserve flow and clarity. In particular, the last paragraph could be edited to make the transition from methods of transmission to rates of infection in children smoother. The last sentences of that paragraph also seem out of place and could perhaps be moved to a different section.
Writing: There are some grammar and sentence errors in the writing, so make sure to go back and reread through the sections. The writing is unbiased, neutral, and presents the facts well. It may be helpful to add subheadings to break up the information and organize it.
Citations: The references do not seem to be cited or linked in the correct format, but they are all credible and there is a good variety of authors. Once they are linked and a reference list is created, make sure to cite the last sentence of the second paragraph (the one about beaver fever).
Overall, this is a good draft that just needs a few more details and a bit of formatting to clean it up.
