Article Evaluation
[edit]I chose Pablo Picasso because he is so well-known, and his Wikipedia page is very thorough. It spans all of Picasso's life and the page is formatted chronologically, from Picasso's early entrance into art to his more recognizable pieces.
Descriptive Headings
[edit]The format of this page is easy to follow with the headers. If I was a students who only needed to know something very specific, I could easy go to a certain period of Picasso's career and read about it. I also though it was interesting that this Wikipedia page covered the political views of some of Picasso's pieces, but a reminder that it's important to remain unbiased when talking about issues.
Final Thoughts
[edit]My article is Prometheus Bound (Rubens) and in comparison to Pablo Picasso's Wikipedia page I could go more in depth with Rubens life. I also want to incorporate the format where I can show multiple pieces from Rubens as a reference. I also want to expand more specifically on the inspiration behind Prometheus Bound and where it has been shown.
Notes and Links
[edit]Through the training's the importance of the notes and links section. To make an article credible it's important that I get references from all different types of sources, including books, articles, websites, and our databases.
