Kent Bollan- American singer, songwriter & musician. Born in Huntington, Indiana, moved to Texas in 1980. Now resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2006, Kent began working on Tearin’ Down The Wall, an idea he has had for years; to make a record with all original songs from bluegrass to heavy rock and everything in between. The record was finished and released in the fall of 2007. Although it did not get much attention from the critics, it helped Kent realize his potential as a producer and songwriter. Kent has gone on to work with some of the top producers in and around Nashville and has made a name for himself as a singer, songwriter, and producer. At the end of 2007, Kent hooked up with Grammy Award winning producer David Morse to put together a new recording studio. After they got the studio dialed in Kent took time to concentrate on producing other bands. He started out producing some of Nashville’s local bands and songwriters including Max Onion, Tia, and 8 Steps Beyond. In the fall of 2008 his good friend and promoter Chris Stark introduced him to 80s pop icon Tiffany; she needed a studio to do vocal tracks for Hydra Productions (Shawn Winstian/Shane Condo). Over the next few months, Kent and Tiffany recorded a few songs. Shawn asked them to record a song called “Someday Soon” for the Caring Place, a rehabilitation center for cancer patients, with all proceeds going back to the Caring Place. In the process of recording “Someday Soon”, Kent was brought in to direct and produce the video for the song which was recently completed. In 2009, Chris Stark arranged for a meeting with Kent and legendary producer Jimmy Johnson (Lynard Skynard, Aretha Franklin, and many more). Jimmy has produced over 80 #1 hits, has worked with some of the best in the business and has played on over 800 top 100 songs. Jimmy listened to all songs on the demo and told Kent he definitely has something here. Since then Kent has gone on to produce a number of songs for several artist and is currently playing guitar on and producing Tiffany’s Greatest Hits album. Kent is planning to tour in 2011 in support of his upcoming CD.
