Issac Joel Holland (born 2 September 2005) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward or winger for Premier League club Brentford.
Holland is a product of the Sheffield Wednesday Academy and began his professional career with Brentford in 2022.
Club career

[edit]A forward, Holland began his career in the Sheffield Wednesday Academy at a young age.[3] He progressed through the youth ranks to be offered a scholarship at the end of the 2021–22 season,[4] but he declined the offer and departed the club in August 2022.[5]
Brentford
[edit]On 10 August 2022, Holland signed a pre-contract to become a professional with the B team at Premier League club Brentford for an undisclosed compensation fee.[5][6] He began his time with the club as a scholar and a three-year professional contract was triggered on 2 September 2022, his 17th birthday.[5] He made concurrent appearances for the U18 team during the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.[7][8][9] Holland was an unused substitute during a 2024–25 first team pre-season friendly.[10]
