I am the son of Ghost Army soldier, Philip Edelstein, who was a member of the signal corps. He died in 1965, well before the Ghost Army was declassified. Since I learned of his service, I have been working with Rick Beyer and The Ghost Army Legacy Project to gain passage of the Ghost Army Congressional Gold Medal Act.
