"They Call Me Roosevelt" is a song recorded by state of Georgia-based rapper Lil Corn. It was released as a single under PIP (in canon) at the same time the sitcom Cat on the Roof premiered: September 26, 2004. Before its official release, it would circulate as a CD with some other songs on the mixtape This is My Corn Shit Vol. 2. Made for the fictitious series, the song compares its (alleged) subject New York Bonkers team president Tucker Unsworth to the either of the two Roosevelt presidents. Metaphorically, the lyrics are about a man of high status who puts on a charitable and charismatic façade to cover up his narcissistic nature.
