Belayet Hossen (Arabic: ولايت حسين; born 12 December 1992) at Hasan Gonj, Charfassion, Bhola, Bangladesh. He has accomplished Bachelor in Quranic Sciences and Islamic Studies,from the Faculty of Sharia of International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh. Later on, he obtained masters degree from the Department of Quran and Sunnah Studies at International Islamic University Malaysia. He has written numerous articles on different contemporary issues such as (1) The Pressing Duty of Our Time : Islamic Unity, (2) Peace-building: Role of Muslim Women in the Twenty First Century, (3) Critical Approach of Mohammad Rashid Rida in Interpretation of the Quran, (4) Islamization of Knowledge: A Time Befitting Step, (5) Building A Strong Ummah: Muslim Women in the Twenty First Century, Apostasy in the Light of Four Schools of Thought and so n. Besides, he has joined many international conferences and presented papers. The area of his interested studies are Theology, Islamization of Knowledge, Interpretation of the Quran, Islamic Politics, Women and Social Issues, Apostasy and Contemporary issues.
