I want to explore this topic a little bit more because it is interesting how the relations between the Arabs and the Jews played out before the state of Israel was established. I will use reputable sources to gain an in-depth understanding of this topic such as books and scholarly articles. There are several articles and books I found that pertain to the Yishuv. Tom Segevs' One Palestine, Complete, Yoav Peled's article from the American Political Science Review, Ethnic Democracy and the Legal Construction of Citizenship: Arab Citizens of the Jewish State,
I have decided to change my topic slightly. Within the Wikipedia article Yishuv, I will focus my attention on the women's rights section in the Yishuv. After reading my article more extensively, I have decided that this section needs a lot of work. The resources used for this section are not reputable sources and this section does not provide much information about the women in the Yishuv. I have found several sources I will use, such as Tom Segevs' One Palestine, Complete, The New Hebrew Women: Women in the Yishuv and the Zionist Movement from a Gender Perspective by Yossi Goldstein, and The Complex Identity of Religious-Zionist Women in Pre-State Israel, 1921–1948 by Lilach Rosenberg-Friedman.
