Bill Saummer was born on the 30th of August 1969 in the Fiji Islands to a couple named Wilson Saummer and Torika Saummer a Primary School Teacher. He had three brothers and a sister. They were Watson Saummer, Mark Saummer, Mike Saummer, and Naomi Saummer. HIs father Wilson Saummer was formerly married to a lady who he had 2 sons; Joseph Saummer, and Timothy Saummer; and after they divorced met another lady named Losalini Valerusa and they had a defector relationship which bored them 2 sons and three daughters. They were Sophia Saummer, Nathanael Saummer, Leezane Saummer, Inse Saummer, and Mathias Saummer. It was after the death of his defector partner that Wilson Saummer met up with Torika Saummer.
