Born on 04th.September.1995 Completed his primary level education at Ajei primary school and later went to Angal Secondary school for O'level certificate. Norbert afterwards joined Seroma Christian High School for Advanced level studies. Team university Kampala welcome Norbert to access Bachelor degree in business administration(BBA) and currently in year two semester two, hopefully Left with one year to fine the Bachelor studies.
