A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
The summaries you provided for each episode are presented very well due to the fact that they are concise and presented in a non-biased format. I'm not sure if you're planning on providing a summary of the second OVA that's mentioned in the article, but I think it's something you could definitely include for your updated draft.
