My annotated Bibliography over Public Sectors Ethics

Eduard discusses how ethics is defined as, among others, the entirety of rules of proper moral conduct corresponding to the ideology of a particular society or organization. Gives a little bit of insight its ethics is suppose to function and how its effects public sectors.

Eduard talks about how public sector ethics is an applicative type and changes value from culture to culture despite being different level of countries there is a growing reason behind what is good conduct and whats correct conduct with ethics.

Green talks about how public agencies are changing out at-will employment relations for civil service protection. How they can be dismissed for any reason or no reason at all. Some see it as a way for managerial positions to improve flexibility and efficiency, and to motivate employees to work harder under competitive conditions similar to those in private sector.

Green talks about how the claims seem attractive and well off in a bugetary era and conserving, but it/they ignore the legal, political, and managerial factors that complicate the picture dramatically, also overlooking the ethical standpoint it has in public sectors trust.

Perkumienė tells us how the officers and people in charge of public sectors are important because of how they interpret and form people's opinions on the whole morality and ethics of the sector and the officers in it. How dealing with people and handling problems daily can make a huge impact in the public sectors area's and the conflicts they face daily and having to remain ethical with their work.

Hubbard discusses all the changes that are happening in public sectors world wide and how it is affecting positions inside public workforces. How responses to change may vary within organizations, a common humanity is what unites the people, and as a result he brings up that governments who choose to ignore rather than acknowledge the human side of change may experience may experience difficulty in successful renewal.
