Early life

James Mugala was born at general hospital in ughelli, Delta state, Nigeria; the seventh child born to Josephine St (née Ikutegbe) and Steven Mugala. I spent my early childhood living in Nigeria, Delta state, and later at the age of 8 my father died so i moved down to lagos to stay with my elder brother while my mother was away from the country, ever since then my dream was to be a soul singer though i learnt how to repair and operate the computer and i was very Good at it but still each day and night my mind says to me "This is not what you are made of" music is my way and i will do everything in my power to get there.

Future Plans

I started school when I was six-years-old. I went to kindergarten through fifth grade at everybody cross and while I was there, I won an award for perfect attendance. I also won an award for honor roll for a term. Then I attended Ogunlade primary School, and there I also won an award: for perfect attendance and two for being named Student who came first at the essay competition. I have planned to be a musician after i saw a younger friend of mine playing the electric guitar it inspired me and reminded me that i also was talented because i have once sang in mist of friends and they like my voice and since i compose songs this gave me the zeal that i too can make the world to know that i have the spirit of fame in me. The truth about me is that even though i don’t have enough time to organize myself does not mean the world won’t hear my name and that’s why i decided to drop the name BOLDKING so it wont be difficult for my friends and family to recognize me before i get to my destination. One thing i always have at the back of my mind is that One day the world will hear my voice and those who knows me will say 'I know him, his name is James we went to the same school’ But the fact is that I still remain BOLDKING, all my life have I been living alone without any family member, since I was 10years of age till date but one thing about me is that I hate prostitutes so I do not involve myself in women trading neither do I sleep with people’s daughter. When I get to my destination I have promised to help the less Privilege and also build homes around me for the homeless to make the name BOLDKING go a long way and also live a God fearing life.
