Born January 16, 1987 in Los Angeles, California. DeJuan Kelly( Brother DeJuan, once known by aliases Young Poke and Coach P ) has lived a life of many interesting philosophical endeavors. As a youth DeJuan was an All Star basket ball player for the AAU league’s power house, Southern California All Stars (SCA.) At the young age of 10 years old DeJuan began writing raps inspired by the Bone Thugs N Harmony Album “ East 1999 Eternal” which was introduced to him by his older brother. Music has always been a part of DeJuan’s life. his Father being a DJ ( D J Richie Rich ), his older Brother ( Peter Kane ) being Recording Engineer, and his uncle being a Producer ( Mike Smoov ) it was natural for him to do music. He Recorded his first song at the age of 13 which lead him and his older brother to complete an underground mixtape titled “ 2 Sides To Every Story “ in 2001. In 2002 DeJuan Began Recording another underground mixtape titled “City Disasters” with some High School friends ( Young Skeet, Main Miller. ) In 2006 DeJuan recorded his first Solo mixtape titled “ Volume 51/50 “ which created a Local buzz for him in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles. Due to his fast paced life and it’s ups and downs, DeJuan wouldn’t record another mixtape until 2009 titled “ Drug$ & In$trumental$ “ with Young Rocc. Later, in 2010 De Juan recorded his second solo mixtape titled “ Area 51/50. “ The mixtape created an anticipation for the success of DeJuan’s Music career in the Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV areas. However once again, due to his fast paced life, DeJuan wouldn’t record another mixtape.

Once reaching high school, DeJuan let go of his “hoop dreams” in pursuit of “ street dreams.” In 2003 ( 10th grade ) DeJuan dropped out of High School and began pimping and hustling at the age of 16. Similar to how he did as an AAU basket ball player, DeJuan traveled around the country this time in pursuit of fast money. Due to his poor financial management, for years he went through financial ups and downs until in 2011 he was arrested in Las Vegas, NV for outstanding bench warrants. In Clark County Detention Center DeJuan met another inmate who introduced him to the Nation Of Islam. Upon being released DeJuan visited The Nation Of Islam’s Muhammad Mosque #75 in Las Vegas, NV which would change his life as he knew it forever. DeJuan Began to learn about God, the history of his Asiatic for fathers, and the state of emergency his people were in being without a knowledge of self or kind.

DeJuan was driven to do whatever he could to contribute to the rise of his people rather it be going out to the community speaking to the youth, going to jails speaking to inmates, or going to homeless shelters to give food and teach the homeless. Upon giving his testimony of his past life to a fellow Nation Of Islam member, he shared some of his music with him. It was then he realized he could use his music as a tool to reach the masses of his people and share with them what has been given to him by who he feels is Allah himself; Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding of self and kind. Brother DeJuan declares his mission as to bring Hip Hop back to it’s original form which he says is Islam. It was then He began to record his next mix tape with Sham Lewis titled “ Black Jaguar : The Revolution Tape “ released on his “ spiritual birth day” 2.12.13. Exactly one year after converting to Islam.
