2021

[edit]
May 2021 (1)
  1. Always Evergreen: nominated at AfD; notified ScottWade56 (talk · contribs) 01:21, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: As discussed at the talk page for this article, it seems the sources used in this article are more about Willow Osborne than the group itself. They do have a somewhat significant following on social media, but that isn't what determines notability. I can't find any reliable sources that reference the duo itself, and the majority of the sources in the article are user-generated, including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and as such don't count when determining notability
As an admin mentioned in response on the talk page, notability doesn't automatically extend to the band, and as such, an article about Osborne with a smaller section about the band is probably a much better option. The issue isn't Osborne's lack of notability, it's the lack of notability for the band itself.

2022

[edit]
March 2022 (2)
  1. GEO-LEO: nominated at AfD; notified Geoseppo (talk · contribs) 05:39, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: No references or clear claim of significance. Reads like an advertisement and was created by a user with no other edits and "Geo" in their name. Used to be much more promotional, but appears to have since been whittled down to a stub.
  2. Danny LAR: nominated at AfD; notified 17lbiu (talk · contribs) 15:58, 26 March 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: Only an infobox for a seemingly non-notable character in an equally seemingly-not-notable soap opera that's still in draft form. Google only turns up results for a musician with the same name. (PROD reverted by the author with no explanation.)
April 2022 (2)
  1. Meena Ada: nominated at AfD; notified 17lbiu (talk · contribs) 13:22, 2 April 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: No sources found, non-notable fictional character. PROD tag removed by IP with no explanation. Also see Danny LAR (at AfD) and Chester Joyt (moved to draft).
  2. Dermoodontodysplasia: nominated at AfD; notified Doc James (talk · contribs) 16:10, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: Definitely a notable topic, but this article is one sentence with one reference that barely provides anything to the reader.
December 2022 (1)
  1. Vishal Raghwan: nominated at AfD; notified Vishal upaddhyay (talk · contribs) 15:34, 11 December 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: No assertion of notability, and no reporting from any independent sources. Appears to just be an autobiographical page with social media links. (Prodded by Archer1234, which was reverted.)

2024

[edit]
January 2024 (2)
  1. 2025–26 Big Bash League season: nominated at RfD; Target: SA20 (notified); notified Thesagar75 (talk · contribs) 06:02, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: I believe these redirects should all be deleted per WP:CRYSTAL—these future seasons are not even mentioned trivially in the main article.
    • Note: This was a group nomination of five similar redirects. This bulk nomination was added to this log manually.
  2. 2024–25 SA20: nominated at RfD; Target: SA20 (notified); notified Thesagar75 (talk · contribs) 06:08, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: I believe these redirects from future seasons should be deleted per WP:CRYSTAL as they are not mentioned at all in the target article.
    • Note: This was a group nomination of six similar redirects. The others have been removed from this log for brevity.
March 2024 (1)
  1. "Politically Incorrect": nominated at RfD; Target: /pol/ (notified); notified Kiwiz1338 (talk · contribs) 02:54, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: I don't believe this redirect name with quotes is necessary, especially considering the article Politically Incorrect (without quotes) already exists and covers a completely different topic (and links to a disambiguation page that leads to /pol/).
July 2024 (1)
  1. IOC Refugee Olympic Team at the 2020 Summer Olympics: nominated at RM; New name: Refugee Olympic Team at the 2020 Summer Olympics 03:48, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: Hey all! I believe this article title should be simplified for a couple of reasons:
      # Concision: Per WP:CONCISE, we need to balance brevity with sufficient information. IOC Refugee Olympic Team may be the official name of the team, which was the rationale for the move to the current title, but I see absolutely no reason to essentially say "Olympics" three times in this title.
      # Consistency: WP:CONSISTENT says article titles should be consistent among similar articles. The team and their participation in 2016 and 2024 all start their titles with Refugee Olympic Team at while this is the only article starting with IOC Refugee Olympic Team at.
I think this is a very clear case for both of these policy sections, but I would like to check for consensus from the community. Fire away!

August 2024

[edit]
  1. Alexandra Constantin: nominated at AfD; notified Andreic44 (talk · contribs) 22:36, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: This article appears to fail our criteria for notability of people. It currently has no sources, and I can't seem to find anything online other than social media profiles and an IMDb page. I also believe the author may have a conflict of interest due to the tone and level of detail, especially in the "Childhood and Youth" sections—and I advise them to review the information on that linked page.
