About CTFSamot[edit]

SAMOT is the Service and Market Oriented Transport Research Group. SAMOT is a research profile within the Service Research Centre (CTF) at Karlstads University in Sweden. Within our group we conduct research into how public transport i experienced and used.

The research profile Samot was formed in 2006 and the main focus today is seamless travel enabling availability to everyday activities, contributing to the long-term and sustainable development of cities and regions.

With our presence on wikipedia we want to share research that has been and is currently conducted by SAMOT and other researchers in the field of public transport and travel. By this we want to make research more accessible and understandable to a greater audience.

CTF - The Service Research Centre[edit]

CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University, Sweden is a multidisciplinary research center at the leading edge of international research. Established in 1986, CTF now has more than 60 researchers and doctoral students from disciplines such as business administration, psychology, and working life science. CTF contributes to the scientific knowledge on value-creation through service.
