From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am a graduate student working on my Masters in Arts Management at Claremont Graduate University, currently studying the Los Angeles "99-Seat" 501c3 theatre community with an emphasis on local arts policy.

I have created the Circle X Theatre page as a free service to Circle X Theatre Company, which is a volunteer-run, 501c3 (non-profit) organization. It keeps getting tagged as advertising, which is driving me crazy. I keep eliminating facts about the company history and soon the page will be useless. They have very little in the way of archiving support, and all I'm trying to do is give them a basic Wikipedia entry.

Circle X is the same type of organization as East West Players, The Actors' Gang, Company of Angels and Blank Theatre Company, all of which have Wikipedia entries that are MUCH more biased than Circle X Theatre's; they include information about the Artistic Directors' backgrounds, upcoming productions and FEWER OUTSIDE REFERENCES.

So please, for the love of God, either stop tagging the page as an advertisement or tell me what part of the (increasingly short) company history is offensive.
