Bahria Town Aviation

Bahria Town is considered to be the largest town planners and real estate developers of Asia. Its Aviation Department was established on 10th Aug 2009 under the official name of Kingcrete Associates (Private) Limited. The requirement was to provide private business jet traveling facilities to it's Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain and his family.

A new Beechjet 400 A (Hawker 400 XP, S # RK 583) was acquired from Hawker Beechcraft Corporation that took off from HBC Delivery Center Wichita, KS USA on 30th Oct 2009 and arrived Lahore Pakistan on 1st Nov 2009. It was registered by Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan as AP-RBA and company was assigned ICAO three letter code BTP.

A Hawker 4000 serial # RC 76 Registration N476HB has been acquired on lease by Bahria Town. This is a brand new aircraft that was delivered at Hawker factory at Indianapolis IND, USA on 19th Feb 2013. It was ferried by Dir Ops & CP BT to Chester UK on 22nd Feb 2013 and then took off for Pakistan on 8th March 2013.

Presently it is parked at Islamabad awiting C of A by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
