Caroline Jaine is a British artist, author and international relations professional. As well as specialising in motoring art, she has painted a number of high profile portraits including of Lord Ahmed, John Humphrys, John Bramwell, His Excellency Carl Roberts, Ivan Massow and Lord Mark Malloch-Brown. She often shows her work in non-gallery locations including the Pakistan High Commission, a post-office in Cambridge, Geoffrey Bawa's house in Sri Lanka, the Frontline Club, the House of Lords and in 2014 she took over an estate agents in San Pedro del Pinatar in Spain to exhibit her paintings of the town.

In 2011 her book, A Better Basra, about her time serving as a diplomat in Iraq was published.

Caroline was born as Caroline Jane Wiseman (also known as Clennell-Jaine and Botha) in Bristol, England in 1970 and educated at Bishops Road and Fairfield Grammar School. She currently lives near Stroud in Gloucestershire.
