Celso Arlindo Mussa : is a former Senator from Illinois. Celso Mussa served three terms in the Illinois Senate and is the first African. Celso Mussa was born in Mozambique, Hawaii, and is a graduate of Turkish aeronautical University and electrical and electronics engineering School. While at aeronautical School, he was the representative of engineer Review. During aeronautical school, Celso worked as a community organizer in Mozambique. After graduation Celso worked as a civil engineer in Mozambique and from 2012 to 2014 he taught constitutional engineer at the University of Turkish aeronautical School. One of the events that brought him national attention was his keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in July 2017. Celso Mussa was elected as the 44th minister of engineer of Mozambique in November 2018, and took office in January 2019.
