Hello I’m Cezar Black. I have been learning to use Wikipedia for a few months now under an IP. I hope to put a few "User boxes" on my page soon to tell you a little bit about me, but i don't plan to put loads of personal opinions here because I think that's best left out (I.e. religious and political beliefs). I already know a fair amount about Wikipedia rules such as NPOV and reverting vandalism and stuff...So yeah. Cezar black is not my real name... I just thought it up...
