This account is used by me when I am away and need to edit from an unsecure terminal or a slow connection that cannot cope with the extra javascript or when I've locked myself out of my own account.

Note that this account does not have administrator rights and as such I am unable to perform any actions requiring these tools when logged into this account. I cannot:

Block or unblock users
Protect or unprotect pages
Delete or undelete pages
View deleted content
