Choisheungkay is the English name for 蔡尚祈, transliterated from Cantonese.

My interests are based on Asia Pacific relations in business, security/defence, technology, communications, politics and culture. I aim to be transparent in all sources of information and especially referencing any trends that are ongoing or developing.
