User:Chris G/Account impersonation

Due to recent abuse I've created and blocked about 40 account as a preventive measure. Basically what happens is when User Alice is renamed to Jane, the Alice account name is freed up and can be created by anyone. Normally Jane will recreate Alice to prevent impersonation, however recently there have been cases where vandal Bob has recreated Alice and used it to vandalize. Therefore to prevent abuse, I may do periodic runs from time to time to recreate theses account to prevent this kind of abuse. If you own an account that I have recreated and would like it back, please contact me and I will gladly give it to you.
