RETIRED PERMANENTLY
This user is no longer active on Wikipedia as of January 2021 due to the desire to use a handle that is not my name, as I should have in the beginning :).

Christopher Reinhart is a a nearly-licensed architect, musician, writer, educator, and social entrepreneur living in southern Indiana just below the glacier line near Bloomington, Indiana. He is the founder and executive director of Open House Studio, an architectural non-profit that generates educational resources and prototype designs for DIY regenerative architecture.

  • Initiated small first round of funding for my own architecture non-profit, Open House Studio.
    • Above is heavily influenced by my experiences with Open Source Ecology, for which my work logs are linked below in some of my earlier posts.
    • During my time working at Open Source Ecology, I used MediaWiki daily, as all of our creative work was in some way or another documented on the OSE wiki.
    • Despite daily use, I was in no ways a power user of MediaWiki -- just enough of the basics to organize the work I was trying to get done.
    • Now that I am able to launch my open source architecture non-profit, I was struck with inspiration to re-engage with a desire I've had for a long time -- ever since I became deeply inspired by my involvement in the open source hardware world -- to become a dedicated Wikipedian.

Visited my old Open Source Ecology work log pages, also built on MediaWiki, to begin reminding myself of the formatting.
