He began work covering the Miami Hurricanes for CanesTime.com and CanesTime the Magazine in 2003 and is now the publisher/editor of the company. CanesTime is in the Scout.com network, which is the largest independent sports online network with over 300 web sites that publish exclusive content focusing on College, NFL, MLB, High School and other professional team sports.

Stock also writes for the Associated Press and is currently a contributor to the Tampa Tribune, Palm Beach Post, and the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

He has appeared as a guest on Sports Talk Live, a television show on Sun Sports, as well as radio shows across the country.

Stock stays busy when the Hurricanes are not playing as the Miami Dolphins pressbox reporter for STATS LLC and covers the Miami Heat, Florida Marlins, and Florida Panthers for SportsTicker.

On October 1, 2005, Stock launched TopekaHoops.com. The free website was designed to promote high school basketball players in his hometown of Topeka, Kan. and help them earn college scholarships. The site generated over one million hits in its first year of existence.
