trafford09 (talk · contribs) cannot see the IP tools in this page.

The section under discussion is highlighted in this image.

Purging, rebooting did not make a difference.

Someone suspected it may be related to him not having rollback rights, but a) it worked for another user who did not have rollback, and b) he now (just now) has rollback.

He can see the tools when transcluded onto a test page with the same IP, ie {{anontools|88.102.40.19}}, here.

He can also see the tools on the original page if using this secure Wikipedia URL.

Trafford09 is using a wireless connection; I have asked him to eliminate this possible problem by trying the same things using a wired connection.

Further testing revealed that when Trafford09 is logged out, he can see the tools but, once logged in, he can't see them. The server being secure or not seems immaterial. Trafford09 (talk) 00:08, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
