Paramahamsa Prajnanananda is the successor of Kriya Yoga Master Paramahamsa Hariharananda, an Indian yogi and guru who attained mahasamadhi in December 2002 in Homestead, Florida, USA. Paramahamsa Prajnanananda was initiated into monasticism by his Master on 25th April 1995.[1] He later went on to achieve the spiritual title of Paramahamsa, bestowed by his loving Master.
Paramahamsa Prajnanananda is the founder of Kriya Vedanta Gurukulam, a Kriya Yoga meditation center near Chicago, Illinois, USA. He travels all over the world, lecturing and initiating into Kriya Yoga. At the same time, he leads a disciplined and secluded life, setting an example for monks and spiritual seekers to emulate.
