Why am I a Wikipedian?

Matter of fact, I used to be a Wikipedian. It´s been a long while since the last time I helped around Wikipedia (whether if it´s editing or creating pages). So, I can´t really remember the exact reasons behind that decision. Reading my original page (which is in spanish) I basically said I wanted to help polishing some pages that had to do with my country Costa Rica, just to get the word out there that we still offer some decent things. Besides, I like writing.

My contributions

Here are some of the articles I´ve been more involved in:

• Carlos Luis Fallas: a costarican writer. The article was abandoned by the time I started editing it.
• Inconsciente Colectivo: a costa rican band from the 90´s. It was abandoned as well; besides the principal article I dedicated myself to create the articles for each of the band´s albums.
• Parmenio Medina: a colombian journalist who had an important input in Costa Rica´s radio back in the 90´s. The article already existed, so I made some improvements, like the section dedicated to general information and some extra information as well.
• Sincrónico: another costarican band. This one was created by me from the foundation.
• Rafa Ugarte: an article I personally regret doing today, but still, I leave it there because it meant some effort.
• Suite Doble: another costarican band whose article I created.
• Jorge Jiménez Deredia: a complex one, mostly because you had to explain the artist´s artistic and philosophical view from an objective perspective.
• Luis Ferrero Acosta: a costarican writer an intellectual. I created the article as well.
• Mick Szal: in the works.
