Daniel Mannix Born Cork Eire. Grew up in west London attended St Georges Schools Lanark Rd. London.Moving onto Paddington Tech college and Hammersmith Tech Collge and finally Lewisham Tech collge.He later undertook adult teaching training and SIA instructors courses.
Daniel Mannix is a qualified Canine behaviourist since (1992) qualifying with the UKRCB
He also ran the Southwark Anglo American dog training club for a number of years.
Daniel was an active member of SATS, Brocket park trials training club, and Kenton trials training club and ASPADS for many years gaining essential and valuable assistance from many notible club members.
Daniel Mannix was director of the National Dog Training Centre Leicestershire from 2005 to 2012 providing NASDU, BIPDT initial and continuation dog handler courses.
Dan Mannix is a security professional having a practical background in statedgic management, operational deployment and training, he has undertaken, courses and deployed in anti terrorist operations, allowing him valuable insight into risk assessment and getting the job done. A good man to have your back in a tight situation.

Dan is a career professional Master Dog Trainer having been employed in professional service dog training since 1972.
He has delivered Home Office courses to Police Officers, Prison Officers, and Professional Security dog handlers and companies.
He is also an accreddited Home Office police and services dog trials judge.
He has also delivered drugs awareness courses to schools and colleges.
Responsible for the establishment of Parks Police dog sections for City of London Corporation, Wandsworth,Brent, Newham, Dagenham, Tower hamlets, Haringey and other outer London Borough's.
In recognition of his contribution to the development of police dogs in London's Parks and their contribution to the safety of London's Public , Daniel was awarded honorary membership of the Metropolitan Police dog section (1990)
Dan Mannix was the first Parks Police Officer dog handler in the UK to be invited to take part in Home Office service trials, Winning The first Interservices Trials in 1988 with a man work score of 100%
Supported by HMP service dog section and No 5 Regional Police Dog School, Daniel raised the levels of professional standards to the ACPO standard for operational police dogs ensuring parks police dogs were able to be deployed reliably next to Home Office Police dogs.
Daniel Mannix also helped raise the standards of commercial security dogs and handlers by working tirelessly as dog trainer with BIPDT and NASDU resigning from NASDU as a trainer in 2012. Daniel has been involved in training search dogs since 1978 training the first Irish Water Spaniel for drugs search operating until retirement with Customs And excise at Harwich Docks recovering over £15.000.000 (fifteen millions). Daniel was the head of constabulary for the city of London Hampstead Heath constabulary, trained and certified bynSurrey Police dog school. He was also the parks constabulary inspector I/C parks police dog section,meh has
worked in Prisons, Police operations Government protection contracts, English Cricket Board Contracts The Olympics and holds both Drugs and explosives licences. He has worked for Various Home Office Police forces as a drugs detection search dog handler, Mannix Security Ltd. G4S, ICTS and other Market leaders as a GP, handler. Explosives search dog handler and drugs detection dog handler He supplies trained dogs to Police forces,including BTP LUNR Explosives detection dogs. Prison dog sections( from The National dog training Centre in Leicestershire.)At one point sixteen of the twenty two GP dogs at HMP Strangeways were supplied by Daniel Mannix. Customs and Excise, Foreign Governments the British armed forces, and licensed security users.
