Bot task
[edit]DannyS712 bot's 3rd task is to remove categories from drafts and user pages that should not be categorized. This task is referred to as "D[raft] N[o] C[ategories]" (or C[at] for short).
Explanation
[edit]This bot's edits are consistent with Wikipedia's guideline on categorizations. Specifically, user-space drafts should not be categorised the same way that articles are (WP:USERNOCAT). Likewise, drafts in the draft-space should not be in articles' categories (WP:DRAFTNOCAT).
