CSA for calculating
measurement

detection and discrimination
observer
SNR
connection to ROC
connection to NEQ
observer performance tests
anatomical clutter
relate to intraclass scatter matrix and the hotelling observer
power law noise
clutter and tomography
Who am I?
I am a biophysics student, working in the field of medical imaging physics, doing research on the objective assessment of image quality, particularly in 3D x-ray imaging systems such as cone beam computed tomography
