Notes from the WIKI workshop
- Exercises for students on placements
- review all wiki sites on a particular subject and identify the parts of the text which are statements but have no citation
Then research the evidence for this particular statement and update the wiki pagge accordingly
Eg Oral health students could investigate all condition which are affected ... Methodone clients have pariticular oral condition Eg Physio students could review all articles on asthma and evidence the physical links to this client group
Also students can develop operational manuals or parts of the manual which relates to the rationale re the service.
Students could also create publishable manuals through wiki books and get a hard copy or PDF for the organisation
