What it looks like:

Judging by the contributor's name, {} (talk · contribs) may have a WP:Conflict of interest with this topic. While AFC is a good place for connected contributor to submit articles for review, such submissions require a higher degree of scrutiny with respect to WP:NPOV, WP:SPAM, and WP:Reliable sources. The submitter should also be aware that once it is accepted, he should generally not edit the article in any significant way (i.e. fixing typos is okay). If this is accepted, the reviewer should consider placing connected contributor on the talk page. If the article is so out of balance that COI is needed, it should either not be accepted or, if the subject is so famous that Wikipedia absolutely must have an article about it, the submission should be greatly cleaned up immediately before or after acceptance so the COI template is not needed.
