Rick was born in 1996, originally being named Richard, this was his common name until in his first year of Senior School (year 8) he started to be called "dick", which at the time was short for Rick. This lead to some anxiety around camp Rick, which lead to the infamous name change to Nick, which was very similar to Rick. Rick then spent his years being referred to as Nick, until his first year in his schools Senior Cricket team, where the unfortunate incident of the birth certificate surfaced. When Ricks Birth certificate was mentioned it arose to the played that knew him better that his name was indeed Rick, and not that of Nick, and that for the past 3 years Rick, or more commonly Nick at the time, was living an alias life as Nick.
