Del Wild MSc (Born Colin Wild, 27th November 1975) is a British heavy weight Muay Thai, MMA, K1, Karate, and Bare Knuckle Fighter.

He was born in Southport, Merseyside, in the North West of England, UK, and resides in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, in the East Midlands of England.

Being educated at Kew Woods Primary school, and Birkdale High School in Southport he went on to study Risk Management at Birmingham City University, graduating with a Master of Science (MSc) Degree with commendation in 2017.

Wild trained and competed on local and regional shows across the North West of England and Wales in Boxing, Kickboxing/K1, and Muay Thai from the age of 10 (Nov 1986) until he joined the British Army at the age of 16 (Sept 1992), and has gone on to compete at Army, British, European, and World levels.

He is a qualified and experienced (ABA) England Boxing Coach, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Freestyle Karate, MMA Coach, and a registered Kru (Teacher) with the Government of Thailand, under Muay Thai legend Great Grand Master Toddy. Travelling to Bangkok on an annual basis to compete and train.

While serving with the British Army Del was heavily involved in coaching fighters across different combat sports, including Boxing, Muay Thai, K1, Judo, and MMA, while he himself remained competitive across his different martial arts.

Wild left the army in January 2013 moving to Melton Mowbray with his at the time fiance, now wife. Since this time he has continued his coaching, taking fighters on to win national amateur titles.

He is also a certified and experienced Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach, a member of the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA), and specializes in fighter specific S&C.

Being an avid martial arts fan and lifetime dedicated practitioner with a hunger to understand and learn different fighting methods Wild also studied various other martial arts, which include Muay Boran; Traditional Japanese Jujitsu; Judo; Combat Sombo; Tae Kwon Do; Krabi Krabong; Iaido, and Lau Gar Kung Fu. He has remained a long term part time Judo practitioner since 2007, and makes this a key part of his MMA grappling training, alongside his beloved Muay Thai.

He is a lifetime member of the World Martial Arts Council (WMAC) and International Guild of Masters (IGM).

In November 2018 Wild will compete in a bare knuckle K1 Kickboxing bout at Bare Fist Boxing 6 (BFB) at a venue in Old Trafford, Manchester, England. This is said to be only the 3rd licensed bare knuckle K1 bout to have been held in the UK. He will then go on to Myanmar in 2019 to train and compete in Lethwei 'Burmese Bare Knuckle Kickboxing', which is similar to Muay Thai, but as well as using knees and elbows to strike an opponent, the use of the head as a weapon is also permitted.
