Adelaja is the President of Global Young Leaders Alliance and a Youth Peace Ambassador to the Commonwealth.

His passion lies in setting up ventures to create social impact, he is a member of association of accounting technicians in west Africa and he is trained at the Institute of Charted Accountants of Nigeria.
