A Belch Puke is the act of vomiting directly after releasing a loud belch. The belch portion of a Belch Puke is oddly loud, usually several decibels louder than normal betches, resulting in a bassy echo sound throughout the room it takes place in.

The Belch Puke orginated from The Belch Puke of 2nd Grade event by a girl with the first name of Gennifer. This was the first occurance of the Belch Puke in Devin and Andrew's World.

The Belch Puke is a combination bodily function such as the Sneeze Fart and Puke Fart.
