Ndilyowike Haipinge (born 3 June 1992) is a Namibian beauty queen, model and actress who was crowned Miss Republic of Namibia – Cultural Ambassador 2018/19 at the inaugural finale that was held on 3 February 2018 in Windhoek, Namibia.

An English teacher by profession with a honors degree from the University of Namibia. Passionate about working with young women and girls, Ndilyowike launched “Girl Talk with Ndilyowike Haipinge”. A nationwide campaign where she visits schools talking to young women about personality and character development, cultural pride, female wellness and bullying.

Miss Republic of Namibia – Cultural Ambassador 2018/19 is a biennial national pageant and Ndilyowike is expected to crown her successor at the 2020 pageant episode.
